i feel so jubilant. in seventh heaven. overjoyed. thrilled. elated. proud. elated. ecstastic. delighted. on cloud nine.

and triumphant.

but SINGAPORE WON LEH~!

that's all that matters.. and the game was so good. the crowd was crazy. the weather was so fabulous. it's god's blessings!

may and i and grace and jianing and jensen left toa payoh at 415.. and after meeting with kaishi and her bro, we all arrived at stadium at 5. so early right? but we wanted good seats mah.. so kiasu right? haha.. realized the sun was blazing at me, and i thought it was a good chance to get sun tanned.. so i took off my red watch and my red shades (notice the patriotism?), den ning and i juz sat there. but too bad. didn't get any darker. sianz.

ok, so we sat there for 45 minutes. and the east entrance was filled by then. den you know lah.. i'm very mountain tortoise at some things so i kept standing to look behind me and to check out the crowd. i tell you, everyone was so excited about the game.. it was so obvious in all of them. some were just here for the sake of it, but others were crazy. den i got into the mood of things as well.

6pm. and the east entrance got into the mood of things. with the kallang wave. the kallang roar. the jeering when the indonesia team step into the field. and the cheering when our team came in. if i were on stage or something, and i have 55,000 people cheering for me.. i think i can never be able to explain elated and proud i'd feel. i can juz imagine the joy.. especially when they were doing the running drills and they ran to our direction.. waa.. the crowd went ballistic!

725pm and the teams walked in. the roar was going on at full swing as well. and of course the anthems when the anthems began, they said to stand when indonesia's anthem was going on, so we all stand lor. muz give respect right?? but when it was our anthem, we stood on the benches! and i'd tell you something about yesterday's anthem:

i've participated in the NDP before, went for NDP many times, but never in my whole life have i ever heard the national anthem sang so loudly, so proudly, so jubilantly, and with such vigor! the feeling was simply.. i can't even describe it. and i thought NDP was hard to describe. it's as though everyone's so proud of our country!

den indra scored in the 6th minute!

waa.. the crowd went crazy crazy crazy crazy crazy! i went crazy too! i was screaming and shouting and screaming and shouting and screaming and shouting! by the time agu scored that penalty, i knew the game was ours. it was so much ours and i was so glad!!!! shall not talk too much about the 2nd half since it was really nothing much already. just that everyone knew that indonesia was panicking and it got quite rough. but it was a really really really good game.

the final whistle came.. and we won!

it's nothing like the game i went for 10 years ago.. it's really nothing like it. though the game in the past was better, the crowd wasn't the same. the crowd was singing, jumping, hugging and cheering when the team ran over! and we never stopped cheering!!! hahaha.. i never stopped lah. i was sooooooo happy i can't even describe it. i think i never felt so happy for such a long time! the cheering went all around singapore. when i left the stadium, people were still singing ole ole at the top of their lungs! and when we were leaving the stadium, and walking to take the bus back, the motorists were honking the cheers and on the buses too.. it never ceased!

and i'm so proud of them!

although i never managed to study my test in the end, i still felt it was worthwhile. for my country, i'd support them no matter what! even if means 10% if my module is not covered.. *grinz*

but what's most nice was also the fact that i had great company! it was so nice and fun being out with may and the girls and, i think i had lots of fun! thanks for the fun girls.. ok, and guys too!
